FAQ

STORE + ORDERS + SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE! MY ONLINE STORE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. PRINTS ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH MY INPRNT STORE.

» Where is your store based in?

Currently, I´m located in Germany!

» How long will it take to receive my order?

I try to ship at least twice a week, so that an order can be shipped out within 1-5 days of purchase. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. During busy seasons such as christmas, delivery time can drag out even longer.

A week before a convention, shipping may be significantly slower and inventory may be prioritized for the event.

» Can I order with a tracking number?/ Tracking number says the package was delivered but I never received it./My order still hasn´t arrived.

If you desire tracking, please check below first to see if DHL delivers to your country with a tracking service before ordering. I´m not liable for any lost packages delivered through DHL or any other third parties. If you suspect your package has been misplaced, please contact your local post office first! I cannot replace or offer a refund for missing orders. Also, please always double and triple check if your address is complete and correct. I´ve had several cases where packages got returned because of wrong/incomplete addresses.

» What is this store's return and exchange policy?

All sales are final.

Any damaged goods cannot be exchanged or be eligible for refund. Please note that I cannot control how postal services treat my packages, but I try to pack the orders as well and protective as I can. If items arrive damaged/missing not caused by shipping, e.g. missing or damaged enamel pin back, please contact me asap via email: mochipanko@hotmail.com with photos and I´ll see if I can replace or partially refund your order.

» What are your shipping materials?

I try to use as little plastic in my packaging as possible, which is why I abstain from extra foil wraps/plastic sheets for enamel pins or prints. The envelopes are made of cardboard. For stabilizing, I use cardboard I recycle from old packagings and boxes. If your envelopes arrive in good shape, I highly encourage you to reuse them as well :)

WORK + ART

» Are you available for freelance work? Do you take commissions?

Currently available for freelance work, but limited. Shoot me an email and we can discuss about your project and my rates. Personal commissions are only open when I announce it on my social media.

» Can I get one of your artworks tattooed?

Please refer to my tattoo info page here.

» How old are you? How long have you been drawing/how did you learn to draw? Did you go to art school?

I was born in 1997. I´ve been drawing anime and manga since early childhood and took art more seriously since highschool, when I slowly picked up digital drawing as well. I studied interior architecture & design and graduated in summer of 2019. Drawing is self-taught, starting with wanting to draw fanart of my favorite characters and continuing with more and more original content over time.

» What medium do you work in and what supplies do you use?

For digital art, I mostly use my Ipad pro recently, as well as my XPPEN screen tablet. Softwares I use are Procreate, Painttool SAI, Photoshop, Illustrator and occasionally Clip Studio Paint.

For traditional, I like inking, copics, watercolors and acrylic paint.

You can often see my drawing supplies and progresses on my instagram stories!

» Where do you get your inspiration from?

From all kinds of places! Nature, travels, gardens, movies, anime & manga, Japan, fashion, books, fairy tales and of course other artists…the list is literally endless. Often it´s the daily things that spark an idea in me, like meeting a cat on a street corner or waiting for the rain to stop inside the grocery store.
